This policy explains what data DecisionManager collects when you use the website and the hosted service, and why. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.
Data we collect
Account data (name, work email, password hash), workspace configuration, and the decision data you choose to execute through the service. We do not sell data, and we do not use your rule definitions or execution payloads to train models.
Where it lives
Hosted plans store data in EU regions (Frankfurt by default). Self-hosted and on-prem deployments keep all data on your own infrastructure, under your exclusive control.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may access, rectify, export, or erase your personal data at any time, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.
Retention & security
Execution and audit data are retained per your plan's configuration and deleted when your workspace is closed. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id; API keys are stored hashed; all traffic is encrypted in transit.
