Reports Hub: Enterprise Documentation and Audit Exports in Dual Format

Enterprise BRMS deployments generate documentation requirements: project catalogues for IT governance, governance trails for compliance reviewers, analysis exports for risk committees, and member rosters for access reviews. The Reports Hub provides all of these in one surface — no custom scripts, no manual CSV stitching.

**Manager console reports**: project catalogue (all projects, versions, governance states, authors), governance trail export (all state transitions per version, per ruleset, with timestamps and actor IDs), analysis results (overlap, gap, and unreachable rule counts per ruleset version), and test coverage (suite run results, scenario run KPIs, coverage percentages per ruleset).

**Admin console reports**: member roster (all workspace members with role and last-active), group roster (groups, members per group, permissions), API key inventory (all active keys, scopes, last-used dates — not the key values), audit log export (all events in the configured window, per-actor or cross-actor), and compliance evidence pack (RBAC config, SSO status, audit export, platform behaviour documentation).

**Dual format**: every report is available in CSV (for Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and JSON (for pipeline ingestion, API consumers, and SIEM feeds). The format is selected at download time — not at configuration time.

**The compliance evidence pack is live**: the pack is generated from live endpoints at the moment of download, not from a cached snapshot or a PDF template. A security reviewer who generates the pack gets the current RBAC configuration, the current SSO status, and a fresh audit export — not last month's document.
